New Construction Hotel in Richland Washington.

a contemporary hotel that blends modern aesthetics with unparalleled durability, thanks to the expertise of Cogent Construction. Our recent project perfectly showcases the cutting-edge materials and techniques that set our work apart, particularly through our choice of Composition roofing and TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproofing systems.

The building features a multi-layered Composition roof that not only provides superior weather resistance and longevity but also offers aesthetic versatility that complements its modern exterior. Our choice of dark, bold shingles enhances the building’s visual appeal, ensuring it stands out as a landmark.

The inclusion of TPO in our construction process is a critical component of our commitment to sustainability and efficiency. Known for its impressive durability and environmental benefits, TPO roofing reflects UV rays and helps reduce the building’s cooling costs, a crucial feature for Richland’s varied climate.

This hotel in Richland not only represents a significant step forward in local commercial architecture but also embodies our dedication to providing the best in construction solutions.
